Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage orders, support customers, and strengthen relationships. You will input orders, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires 2–3 years in order processing and CRM, with strong Excel skills and SAP/S4 Hana SD experience. Occasional OT and a transport allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer relationship management, preferably in spare parts distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalated issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into system and manage sales orders for customers.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
