Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Executive | Sales Support (SAP) to join our team in Singapore, operating in a hybrid WFH setup. You will coordinate between customers, sales teams, overseas plants, freight forwarders and internal service teams to ensure quotes, orders, deliveries and service requests are handled promptly.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in customer service, sales coordination or logistics, and strong SAP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in customer service, sales coordination, order processing or logistics support.
• SAP experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable supporting international customers, overseas suppliers or manufacturing plants.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales quotations based on customer and sales-team requirements.
• Create and extend material records in SAP.
• Process sales orders in SAP and monitor delivery timelines closely.
• Provide customers and internal stakeholders with timely updates on order and shipment status.
• Release shipments for pick-and-pack and coordinate freight-forwarder collections.
• Manage system-project orders from purchase-order receipt, sourcing and logistics coordination through to final shipment.
• Support Field Service teams with service-order processing and billing.
• Coordinate quality-related feedback and complaints between customers and source plants.
• Raise purchase orders for equipment parts and follow up on incoming shipments.
• Assist with administrative duties and other operational tasks as required.
