Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Tampines is seeking a Customer Support professional to provide quality service via email and phone, manage orders, and build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include order processing, delivery coordination, regular customer meetings, and monitoring feedback to identify improvements, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of 3,400 to 3,800 SGD plus

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2-3 years experience in order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulas) and SAP/S4 Hana SD.
• PowerBI knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into the system and manage sales orders for customers.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
