Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is recruiting for a Customer Service / Order Management professional in Singapore on a 6‑month contract. You will handle inquiries, process orders in SAP, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate scheduling and deliveries to ensure on‑time customer service.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in business or a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with SAP DW1 / Service Module expertise being highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
• Min. 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Service Coordination.
• SAP experience required; SAP DW1 / Service Module experience highly preferred.
• Engineering, medical device or technical service industry experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, maintenance, rentals and deliveries.
• Process customer and service orders using ERP / SAP systems.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
• Coordinate job scheduling, equipment receipt/return and customer deliveries.
• Liaise with engineers, sales, logistics, warehouse and suppliers on order status.
• Monitor open orders, unbilled transactions and stock availability.
• Support service contracts, rental agreements and spare parts orders.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and prepare renewal documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and engineer dispatch.
• Support inventory planning and general service administration.
