Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Tampines to provide quality support via email and phone, handle inquiries, and promote products. You will input orders, manage deliveries, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in order processing and CRM, with strong Excel skills and SAP SD experience; PowerBI knowledge is a plus. On-site role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years experience in order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and simple formulas.
• Experience with SAP/S4 Hana SD module is a must.
• Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and upscale issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into the system and manage sales orders.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
