Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Tampines to handle customer support, order management, and relationship building.

Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with SAP SD system usage and strong Excel skills. The role involves processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing ongoing customer support, with monthly salary plus transport allowance and potential OT.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in order processing, delivery arrangement and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and simple formulas.
• 2–3 years of experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module is a must.
• Knowledge in PowerBI is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into system and manage sales orders for customers.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
