Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tampines is seeking a capable Customer Support and Order Management specialist to handle email/phone inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma and 2–3 years in order processing and customer relations. SAP/S4 Hana SD is essential; strong Excel skills are required. Power BI is a plus; work hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years in order processing, delivery arrangement and customer management.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot tables; SAP/S4 Hana SD must.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Input customer purchase orders and manage sales orders.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to maintain communication and relationships.
• Create monthly reports and support policy/procedure improvements.
