Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Customer Support and Order Management professional based in Tampines. You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, process orders, manage deliveries, and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and reporting.

Applicants should have a Diploma, 2–3 years in order processing and CRM, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and SAP/S4 Hana SD experience; PowerBI knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years experience in order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• At least 2–3 years experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module is required.
• Knowledge in PowerBI is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into the system and manage sales orders.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
