Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a focused Customer Service/Order Processing specialist in Singapore. You will process orders, handle inbound calls, and respond to enquiries related to orders, products, deliveries and service matters.

You will enter orders, amend or cancel as required, coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth fulfilment, and maintain accurate SAP records. Strong attention to detail and office suite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing or sales administration.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer enquiries with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to order-related enquiries.
• Enter orders, amend, cancel and process related transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to fulfil orders.
• Follow up on order status, deliveries and outstanding requests.
• Maintain customer and order data in SAP with accuracy.
• Provide admin support to the commercial/customer service team as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and high level of customer service.
