Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customer service, order processing and delivery coordination. You will enter orders in SAP, manage stock allocation, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service and SAP S/4HANA SD experience, preferably in spare parts or industrial products. On-site position in Tampines with regular customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, delivery coordination or customer relationship management.
• Experience within spare parts distribution, manufacturing, industrial products or a similar environment would be advantageous.
• 2–3 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support through email, phone and ticketing systems.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and claims promptly, escalating complex matters where necessary.
• Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Input customer purchase orders and maintain sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate stock allocation and delivery arrangements for customer orders.
• Follow up on order status and work closely with internal teams to resolve delivery or order-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to understand requirements, service concerns and areas for improvement.
• Recommend relevant products or solutions to existing customers where appropriate.
• Monitor customer feedback and support initiatives to improve overall service quality.
• Prepare monthly customer service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development and improvement of customer service processes, policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support other customer service projects and duties as required.
