• Process sales orders, order amendments, and engineering changes accurately in the ERP system.
• Prepare and follow up on repair quotations in accordance with approval guidelines.
• Provide customers with regular updates on repair status and order progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, expedite orders, and manage shipment schedules.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product data in the ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain repair capability listings and product catalogues.
• Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support customer RFQ activities and prepare reports for management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency.
• Provide backup support within the Customer Service team and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
