RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore's Tampines district is seeking an experienced customer service specialist to manage orders from entry to delivery using SAP S/4HANA SD.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate stock and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires 2-3 years in customer service or order processing, preferably with spare parts distribution or manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, delivery coordination or customer relationship management.
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience within spare parts distribution, manufacturing, industrial products or a similar environment would be advantageous.
• 2-3 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service through email, phone and ticketing systems, handling enquiries, feedback and claims promptly and escalating complex matters where necessary.
• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, including entering purchase orders and maintaining accurate sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate stock allocation and delivery arrangements, monitor order status and work with internal teams to resolve order, delivery and customer service issues.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication, follow-ups and meetings to understand requirements and address service concerns.
• Recommend relevant products or solutions to existing customers where appropriate.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality, processes, policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly customer service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support other customer service projects and duties as required.
