Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organized Customer Order Clerk to manage end-to-end order processing and customer inquiries.

You will enter orders in SAP, handle amendments and cancellations, and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to ensure on-time fulfilment. The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Administration or Customer Support.
• SAP experience is required, particularly in order entry/processing.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Good administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and work effectively with different internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and promptly using SAP.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries about orders, products, deliveries and service matters.
• Perform order entry, amendments, cancellations and other order-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules and outstanding customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP.
• Handle customer service documentation and general administrative duties.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delivery issues and customer concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial/customer service team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when communicating with customers.
