Job summary

Molex is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative in Singapore to be the main point of contact for order-fulfillment for assigned accounts. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate post-order activities, and maintain high service standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate orders, timely updates, and effective issue resolution. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers more effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with relevant Customer Service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in electronics.
• Good PC literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin to better serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on information.
• Coordinate customer requests related to order changes, including expedites and adjustments.
• Monitor order backlog and inform customers on schedule changes.
• Analyse forecast vs. actual orders for scheduling and VMI coordination.
• Manage shipping activities including special arrangements and freight costs.
• Handle customer complaints using SAP and initiate corrective actions via 8D reports and credits.
• Initiate SAP Master Data maintenance (customer, CMIR, material data).
• Review customer scorecards and coordinate actions with Sales.
• Provide monthly reporting updates and support customer visits.
