Molex Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for order-fulfillment activities for assigned customer accounts. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate post-order activities, and ensure high service standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Managers, while coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse providers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Formación

• Diploma or higher with relevant Customer Service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP with accuracy and follow-up.
• Coordinate order changes, expedites, and adjustments with customers.
• Monitor backlog and inform customers of schedule changes.
• Analyse forecast vs. actual orders for scheduling and VMI support.
• Manage shipping activities including special arrangements and freight terms.
• Handle customer complaints using SAP and related documentation.
• Initiate SAP Master Data maintenance (customer and material master).
• Review customer scorecards and coordinate actions with Sales.
• Provide monthly reporting updates and support customer visits.
