We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with at least 7 years of experience, specifically in Grant Management and Treasury modules. The role involves leading SAP implementation projects (RISE and non‑RISE), conducting solution workshops, and designing SAP FICO solutions in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise, with a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations.

What will you do?

• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects with a focus on Grant Management and Treasury functions.
• Conduct solution workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules, including Grant Management and Treasury, in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Prepare functional specifications, system configurations, and perform testing and deployment of change requests.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide Key User Training and support during hyper‑care phases.
• Resolve and prevent issues through proactive analysis and support.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 7 years of SAP FICO experience, with specialization in Grant Management and Treasury.
• Experience in at least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations (RISE and non‑RISE).
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes, including fund management, grant budgeting, cash management, and treasury operations.
• Familiarity with Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations.
• Ability to conduct requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Understanding of process harmonization and solution design methodologies.
