Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is looking for a project manager to oversee the rollout of their SAP finance template and support the go live of the new SAP S/4 HANA system. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in SAP project management, and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of qualified professional experience in SAP project and test management.
• Pronounced understanding of financial processes.
• Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the rollout of the finance area of our SAP template to the R&S subsidiaries as well as potentially taking over the role of subproject manager
• Support the go live of the new SAP S/4 HANA system as well as training our staff
• Responsibility for transactional data migration and correctness of data
• Supporting the analysis and the optimization of SAP processes
• Testing implemented changes in our SAP ERP environment as well as maintaining user documentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in in business administration, computer science or comparable field of education
• Minimum 5 years of qualified professional experience in SAP project and test management
• Pronounced understanding of financial processes
• Substantial process knowledge in SAP (FI, CO), S/4 HANA experience is preferred
• Good project management and system analytics skills as well as experience in the field of IT-trainings
• Strong order processing skills combined with good communication skills and self-confidence
• Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
