Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to manage sales quotations, order entry, and logistics coordination from Singapore. The role involves coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

You will support field service on orders and billing, handle quality issues in SAP, and ensure stock levels meet MTS/MTO criteria. Strong communication and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of international payment terms and incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.
• Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.
• Releasing of shipment for pick/pack. Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.
• Support Field Service on service order and billing.
• Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
• Update equipment parts lead time.
• Follow-up on incoming shipment (equipment parts) including system projects.
• Ensure optimum stock level for made to stock items.
• Lodge QM Quality Notification in SAP for quality defects of goods and take appropriate corrective actions to close the loop.
• Ensure that orders are entered based on MTS/MTO criteria.
