Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a logistics/order processing specialist to manage SAP-based sales and purchase orders, generate delivery and stock transfer documents, and track customer orders end-to-end.

You will coordinate exports, prepare invoices and packing lists, handle returns, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales and purchase orders in SAP system.
• Generate Delivery Orders, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and manage delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Handle returns and maintain accurate order and shipment records.
• Provide order and shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports for management review.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
