Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage customer orders, quotations, and logistics.

You will liaise with international customers and freight partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. The role requires SAP familiarity, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will support service and billing activities, monitor lead times for equipment and spare parts, and coordinate with internal quality teams

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business & Administration required.
• 3–5 years in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination.
• Experience liaising with international customers and cross-border operations.
• SAP experience; ERP systems familiarity is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements and sales input.
• Coordinate with international customers and logistics partners on orders and delivery.
• Process orders accurately and track delivery schedules and related documents.
• Arrange shipment releases and liaise with freight forwarders for collection.
• Support service activities, including order processing and billing coordination.
• Coordinate with quality teams to resolve issues and monitor lead times.
• Track incoming shipments and provide general administrative support.
