Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based recruitment partner, is seeking a proactive sales administration and logistics coordinator. You will manage quotes, orders, shipments, and customer communications, ensuring accurate data in SAP and CRM systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or capital equipment, strong knowledge of import/export regulations, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales administration, logistics coordination in manufacturing or capital equipment.
• Proficiency in SAP for order processing, inventory, and reports.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotes for capital equipment, spare parts, wear parts, and services.
• Process orders and manage confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices in SAP.
• Coordinate machine shipments from China and Germany with freight forwarders and customs.
• Manage import/export, inventory, and ensure compliant shipping.
• Handle billing and collections, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain SAP CRM customer data and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist in planning and executing customer events.
• Support post-sale customer communications.
