Job summary

A flooring solutions company in Singapore seeks a Salesperson to engage customers and promote a diverse product range. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Studies or a related field, possess strong communication skills in English, and have at least 1 year of sales experience. Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Incentive + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a good understanding of our flooring product range (e.g., carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, rugs, and others).
  • Engage with customers during roadshows and attend international exhibitions when required.
  • Learn key product features and selling points, and explain the benefits clearly to customers.
  • Build new client relationships through proactive outreach (e.g., cold-calling and walk-ins), and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Review contract terms and understand how they may impact the company and the customer.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, address customer questions, and support the sales closing process.
