Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist line managers to ensure adequate client communication and maintain contacts with clients.
• Initiate sales activities and plans to build brand visibility.
• Attend trade shows and represent the organization.
• Evaluate the team’s performance and identify ways to improve.
• Identify market trends likely to affect performance.
• Ensure items are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.
