Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including marketing activations.
• Assist line manager in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to management on sales, leads, complaints, and new customers.
• Prepare sales presentations and tools.
• Maintain client communication and provide feedback to line managers.
• Initiate activities and plans to build brand visibility.
• Set a standard of work ethic and professional behavior.
• Maintain records of prospects, leads, pricing, and active clients.
• Monitor marketing expenses to remain within budget.
• Attend trade shows and represent the company at events.
• Evaluate sales team performance and seek improvements.
