We invite a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our team and make a significant impact to our organisation. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, client relationship management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth in OOH Media Sales
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources and support to achieve their individual and team sales goals
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including advertising agencies, brands and media buyers to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize revenue generation and increase profitability
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and product offerings.
  • Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and proven track record of success in sales leadership roles in media industry
