Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Singapore invites a detail‑oriented Sales Logistics Administrator who will create sales quotations, enter orders, track deliveries, release shipments, and coordinate with freight forwarders.

Requirements: GCE A Level or Diploma in Business Management, SAP proficiency, and excellent communication. Familiarity with incoterms and international payment terms is preferred. Willingness to work in Loyang and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP for order processing and billing.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of incoterms and international payment terms.
• GCE A Level or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create sales quotations upon request from customers or sales team.
• Enter orders and follow up with customers on delivery dates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for pickup and shipments.
• Support field service on service orders and billing.
• Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
• Update equipment parts lead times and stock levels.
• Follow up on incoming shipments and system projects.
• Ensure optimal stock level for made to stock items.
• Enter orders based on MTS/MTO criteria.
