Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support professional to provide day-to-day administrative and operational help to the Sales team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline would be advantageous. Experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, Sales Operations or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales administration and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth processing of customer orders and documentation.
• Receive, verify and process sales orders, including pricing, approvals, amendments, cancellations and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, order and sales information in CM, Salesforce, SAP and other relevant systems.
• Monitor outstanding orders, vehicle availability, order status and delivery timelines, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate vehicle/chassis allocation with Sales and Sales Order Planning based on approved requirements, inventory availability and allocation guidelines.
• Maintain sales, inventory, registration and delivery trackers, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Support quotation preparation, pricing updates, commercial calculations and Special Deal submissions based on approved costing and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance/Controlling and other stakeholders to resolve pricing, costing, documentation or order-related discrepancies.
• Support invoicing, Delivery Order preparation, COE administration, LTA registration and vehicle documentation to facilitate timely customer delivery.
• Act as an operational liaison between Sales Executives, customers and internal departments, supporting enquiries and resolving issues throughout the order-to-delivery process.
