Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Sales Support/Operations professional in Singapore.

You will handle day-to-day sales administration, order verification, and data maintenance across CM, Salesforce, and SAP. You will coordinate vehicle allocation, monitor delivery timelines and produce regular sales reports. Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business, sales, or supply chain is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales administration and operational support to the Sales team.
• Receive, verify and process sales orders, including pricing approvals and amendments.
• Maintain customer, vehicle, order and sales data in CM, Salesforce, SAP and other systems.
• Monitor orders, vehicle availability, status and delivery timelines; update stakeholders.
• Coordinate vehicle/chassis allocation with Sales and planning based on inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Support quotation preparation, pricing updates and special deal submissions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and other teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist invoicing, Delivery Order prep, COE, LTA registration and vehicle docs.
• Act as liaison between Sales Executives, customers and internal teams through order-to-delivery.
