Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Sales & Account Admin to support the Sales team from our Ang Mo Kio office.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing invoices, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in business administration or related field, with at least two years in sales support or administration, and basic SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales support or sales administration experience in security technology, IT, networking or PA systems.
• Solid communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external customers.
• Basic knowledge of SAP accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers regarding products, orders, and general enquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and prepare quotations and invoices.
• Manage sales orders, monthly statements, and customer records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and arrange meetings, travel, and events as needed.
• Assist with project details submissions and ensure IT equipment setup for staff.
