Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Sales Support & Administrative professional to streamline quotations, processing sales orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.

You will build rapport with customers, assist in security design on floor plans when required, prepare service agreements, and generate sales performance reports. Diploma holders with 2+ years’ experience in the service sector are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration is required.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in a sales support role in the service industry related to industrial products or building industry.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and follow up on quotations, and processing of sales orders.
• Distribution of work orders to various departments and archiving to sales files.
• Assist in collecting down payments when required and support in security design on floor plans (when required).
• Circulate maintenance contracts and reminders in weekly sales meetings.
• Expedite purchase orders from customers when needed.
• Prepare sales performance reports and monthly quotation summaries.
• Contact customers to build rapport and gather feedback and participate in customer rapport programs.
