Job summary

An Italian marine and power industry firm is seeking a Sales Support / Sales Coordinator based in Singapore. This role involves handling daily sales administration, coordinating orders, and providing after-sales support to clients. Candidates should have a diploma and at least two years of relevant sales support experience. The position offers a basic salary ranging from SGD 2,800 to 3,400, with additional bonuses and flexible work-from-home options after confirmation.

Qualifications

  • Product training provided by the sales team or sales director from Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and process orders accurately and timely.
  • Handle sales coordination for dedicated countries.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department on order delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Inform clients about unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Follow up with clients on offers and deliveries.
  • Support the Area Manager with daily operations.

Position: Sales Support / Sales Coordinator [Italian MNC - Marine and Power Industries]
  • Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8:30am to 5:30pm [ NO OT Required ]
  • After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
  • Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
  • Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering sectors [spare parts]
  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
Job Scopes:
  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
