Job summary

A prominent consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Support role involving client management and internal operations. You will be responsible for supporting client-facing interactions, managing inquiries, and compiling market reports. Core Role :

Support client-facing & internal admin operations to ensure smooth workflows and quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. New client prospecting through LinkedIn outreach and industry events.
  2. Manage client roadshows and enquiries
  3. Translate analysts' market notes; compile weekly market summaries into concise reports.
  4. Standardize analysts' English presentations; coordinate in-person / virtual meetings.
  5. Handle reception, cross-department tasks (HR / Finance / IT), and ad-hoc admin work.
Required Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Bachelor in Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of admin / client support experience (finance / consulting preferred).
  3. Fluent in English (written / spoken) and Mandarin (read / understand).
  4. Proficient in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint essential); familiar with LinkedIn prospecting.
  5. Detail-oriented, customer-centric.
  6. Singaporean / PR or valid work pass holder.
