Job summary

Integrated Packaging Solutions in Singapore is seeking a responsible and organised individual to support our sales and administrative operations across our carton box manufacturing and fulfilment centre businesses. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate with production and arrange deliveries.

This role demands good communication, basic IT skills, and the ability to multitask both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, assist in closing sales.
• Process confirmed orders and coordinate with production for timely completion.
• Follow up on order progress and arrange deliveries.
• Assist with daily administrative duties and documentation.
• Support order processing and coordination.
• Assist with general operational and administrative tasks as required.
