A leading design and architecture firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to build and maintain long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a focus on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, conducting presentations, and participating in marketing events. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace. This role may require travel across Singapore.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently to achieve targets while collaborating effectively within a team. You will be the face of our company, responsible for driving growth within the designer and architect segments.
Drive Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Expand market reach and share within the assigned territory.
Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including business owners, interior designers, and architects.
Deliver Compelling Presentations: Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to individuals and groups at client companies.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of post-sale satisfaction.
Represent the Brand: Actively participate in marketing events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in new product launches and customized promotional campaigns by providing field intelligence and client insights.
Administrative Excellence: Utilize Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Forms to accurately track sales activities, manage client information, and prepare weekly progress reports.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with business owners, interior designers, and architects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of initiative.
Technically proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to travel to various locations across Singapore as required.
Possessing a own vehicle is a distinct advantage.
