Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an internal sales coordinator to process customer orders, quotes, and provide basic product support.

You will work closely with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment from the Yishun location. Ideal candidates have experience in internal sales or customer service, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in internal sales, sales coordination or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or technical support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards.
