RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Internal Sales / Sales Coordination professional to support order processing, quotes, and customer inquiries from its Yishun office.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate records. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required, with advantage for Dynamics NAV experience. The role offers a weekday schedule, standard hours, and opportunities to assist the sales team with

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in internal sales, sales coordination or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or technical support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards.
