Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support order processing, quotations and related documentation in Yishun.

You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics and procurement teams to keep delivery schedules updated and accurate for customers. The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, good organisational and communication abilities, and prior experience in sales administration or customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, sales coordination or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations and related documents
• Follow up on orders and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and procurement teams
• Update customers on stock availability and order status
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information
• Maintain sales records and documentation
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
