Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to manage customer sales orders and quotations, and to coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams for timely fulfilment.

You will update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock, maintain accurate sales records, handle inquiries, provide basic product support, and assist with sales reporting and inventory tracking; standard hours apply in Woodlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or sales coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or technical support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards.
