Qualifications

• Sales coordination / internal sales / customer service experience preferred.
• Good Excel & Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is a plus.
• No outdoor sales required - focus on customers, orders and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders & quotations.
• Follow up on orders and fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries.
• Provide delivery and stock updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & procurement.
• Prepare sales documentation and reporting.
