Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Yishun is seeking a proactive Sales Administration Assistant to support order processing, quotations, and customer follow-up. You will coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate records.

The role offers a structured workday (Mon–Fri, 9am to 6pm) with a basic salary up to SGD 3,200 plus bonus and AWS, and exposure to international customers and markets.

Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support.
Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards.
