Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an organised Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. You will process customer orders and quotations, coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouses, and keep customers informed about delivery timelines and stock.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential; NAV experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards.
