Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Woodlands, Singapore, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling customer orders, quotations and order fulfilment.

You will coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics, track deliveries, respond to inquiries and maintain sales records. The role is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with up to SGD 3,200 base pay plus AWS and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, internal sales or customer service preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer orders and quotations
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams
• Track deliveries, stock availability and order status
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
• Maintain sales records and documentation
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
