Job summary

Kaiyiee Global Talent in Singapore seeks a capable Client Operations Specialist to manage orders and liaise with clients. You will analyze inventories, coordinate shipments, and secure on-time deliveries while negotiating pricing with customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in client management or sales support, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. The position is based in Singapore with a strong focus on stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, order operations or sales support.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language.
• Able to work independently and manage stakeholders professionally.
• Singapore Citizen or PR status required.

• Serve as the primary contact for client order requirements.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Work Status: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, order operations, or sales support.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business Management, or Marketing.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language.
• Maturity: Proven track record of working independently and managing stakeholders professionally.
