Job summary

OmniVision Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Sales Operations Specialist to schedule daily shipments for the sales region and manage shipping instructions with the order fulfilment team.

You will adjust device naming in systems per instructions and respond to inquiries from regional sales teams. The role requires 1–2 years in sales operations, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Mandarin ability a plus, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or order fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and V-lookup).
• Ability to speak/read Mandarin and translate to English is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in Oracle or another ERP system is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily shipments for sales region.
• Update and release shipping instruction to shipping and order fulfilment team.
• Revise device name for shipments in system as per order fulfilment team or factory instruction.
• Respond to daily order and shipment inquiries from regional sales teams.
• Communicate with CN/TW/SG/US shipping team regarding orders and shipments related matters.
• Coordinate with accounting department regarding customer payments prior to scheduling shipments.
• Participate in daily conference calls with regional shipping teams, production planners and product managers to resolve issues.
• Assist in complete monthly On-Time Delivery reporting and generate/upload reports.
• Process free sample requests and order/evaluation kit shipments.
• Assist to process new orders, amendments and RMAs for US region when required.
• Assist to arrange US customer shipments when needed.
• Assist to submit audit documents to finance team or auditors.
• Participate in system testing and process improvement projects.
• Backup team member during vacations/sick leave.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily shipments for sales region.

• Assist in complete monthly report (Monthly On-Time Delivery Report) and generate, maintain or upload reports / project tracking file when needed.
• Process free sample request.
• Submit job request of evaluation kits orders to application team for approval and shipment.
• Process part transfer form for applications team for module builds.
• Assist to process new order, order amendment and RMA orders for US region when required.
• Assist to arrange US customers shipment when required.
• Assist to submit audit documents to finance team or internal auditor upon request.
• Participate in system testing and system/process improvement project.
• Backup team member who is on vacation/sick leave.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or order fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Excel (such as pivot tables and V-lookup).
• Ability to speak/read Mandarin and translate to English is a strong plus. This is due to the need to liaise with stakeholders based in China and Taiwan
• Prior experience in Oracle or another ERP system is preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team, interface with other branches of the organization, work effectively with diverse constituencies, and solve problems and make decisions while under pressure and time constraints.
