Job summary

APEIRO NETWORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end sales and order fulfilment process in Singapore. You will coordinate quotations, orders, procurement, logistics and documentation across multiple teams to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Project, Finance and Procurement, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and efficiency in handling international shipments where needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or related.
  • 1–2 years in sales administration, order management, procurement coordination or logistics.
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM or order-management systems is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and related commercial documentation.
  • Verify pricing, cost, margin and supporting documents before submission for internal approval.
  • Maintain accurate customer, supplier and order information in the relevant systems and trackers.
  • Track sales orders, procurement status, delivery schedules and outstanding actions from order confirmation through fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project, Finance, Procurement, suppliers and customers to support timely order fulfilment.
  • Support and coordinate the procurement process, including preparing purchase requisitions, supplier quotations, purchase orders where required, and related supporting documentation.
  • Track purchase-order approval, supplier confirmation and delivery status, and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Liaise with Procurement and suppliers to resolve pricing, documentation and delivery discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant order and delivery documentation, including quotations, customer purchase orders, supplier quotations, delivery orders, pro forma invoices and packing lists.
  • Coordinate local and international shipments, including import and export documentation, customs requirements and local delivery arrangements.
  • Verify outgoing equipment against the delivery order before delivery to the customer or project site.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and monitor delivery lead time, transportation cost, shipment security and service performance.
  • Support inventory, warehouse and fixed-asset management activities, including periodic stock counts and asset verification.
  • Maintain sales and operational trackers and prepare regular status reports for management review.
  • Ensure activities comply with company SOPs, approval requirements and document-control practices.
  • Identify and escalation order discrepancies, documentation gaps and potential delivery risks in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Executive supports the end-to-end sales and order fulfilment process, from quotation and order processing through procurement coordination, logistics, delivery and documentation. The role works closely with Sales, Engineering, Project, Finance, Procurement, suppliers and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately, approved through the appropriate controls and delivered on time.

Requirements


  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

  • At least1-2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, order management, procurement coordination or logistics.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM or order-management systems would be an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of international shipping and trade compliance would be an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

  • Able to manage multiple orders and priorities within tight timelines.

  • Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
