EEMONT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Procurement & Logistics professional in Singapore to manage supplier coordination, orders, and shipments from quotation through delivery. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced regional environment.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in procurement/logistics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Incoterms and export/import procedures. Fluency in English is essential, with Chinese being a plus.
Review approved project orders and confirm equipment specifications, quantities, delivery requirements and timelines.
Request and compare supplier quotations based on price, availability, lead time and commercial terms.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate internal approvals before placement with suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, stock availability, production status and delivery schedules.
Arrange international shipments by sea or air, including customs clearance and final-mile delivery.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, couriers and other logistics service providers.
Prepare and maintain purchasing, shipping, customs and delivery documentation.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to Customer Operations and other internal stakeholders.
Resolve supplier, shipment, customs, delivery, damage or quantity discrepancies and escalate significant issues promptly.
Verify supplier invoices and logistics charges against approved orders and supporting documents before handing them over for payment processing.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Trade, Business Administration or a related discipline.
One to three years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations is preferred.
Familiar with purchase orders, supplier coordination, international shipping and delivery documentation.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures and customs clearance will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with procurement, inventory or ERP systems will be an advantage.
Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Strong coordination, negotiation and organisational skills, with close attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple orders, shipments and delivery deadlines in a dynamic regional environment.
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal departments and external partners.
