Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Administrator to manage order processing and shipment documentation in a manufacturing setting.

You will verify shipment details, coordinate carrier bookings, prepare LC-related documents, and monitor packing and delivery while communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Experience with Incoterms, LC/DP/DA/BG, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred, and MS Office tools are essential

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in order processing, shipping and trade documentation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and trade finance instruments (LC, D/P, D/A, BG).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple shipments.
• Effective interpersonal communication for collaboration with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least diploma in Business, Logistics, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management or any discipline.
• At least three years of working experience in order processing, shipping and trade documentations in any industry.
• Knowledge of International trade Incoterms and trade finance instruments such as Letter of Credit (LC), Documents Against Payment (D/P), -Documents Against Acceptance (D/A), and Bank Guarantee (BG)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipment tasks efficiently
• Effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
