Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash specialist to manage the end-to-end process for designated countries. You will process customer orders in SAP, support sales and customer service, and coordinate shipping and export documentation.

This 6-month contract requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, SAP proficiency, strong logistics knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication to liaise with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP ERP is required.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping and export documentation.
• Asia import shipment experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of financing, credit management and Global Trade Services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an MNC manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• SAP experience required
• Good knowledge of logistics, shipping and export documentation
• Familiar with Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading and Airway Bill
• Asia import shipment experience advantageous
• Knowledge of financing, credit management and Global Trade Services advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
