The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Sales Administrator in Singapore (Joo Koon) to support Sales, HR and Logistics functions. The role focuses on order follow-up, portal updates, and timely delivery coordination, with daily use of Asana and strong MS Office skills.

The position requires a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in administration related to logistics/LMW. Familiarity with Oracle or SAP is preferred, with a standard 5-day workweek and daytime hours.

Competenze

Diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of experience in administration related to logistics and LMW preferred.
Proficiency in Oracle or SAP systems.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills required.

Mansioni

Follow up on customers' pending orders and liaise with relevant departments to provide daily updates to customers.
Update the portal on the promised date after confirming the delivery date from the respective department.
Ensure all orders are arranged and delivered as promised.
Keep the team informed about new orders.
Maintain daily updates on Asana.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Assist document controller and purchasers with any other administrative work.
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
