We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Merchandising Executive to support the growth of our toy distribution business. The role involves managing retail accounts, ensuring effective in-store merchandising, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. The ideal candidate has experience in field sales, retail merchandising, and a good understanding of consumer products or toys.
Manage and grow assigned retail accounts, including toy stores, department stores, and specialty retailers.
Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Collect orders, monitor stock levels, and follow up on replenishment requirements.
Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising guidelines and planograms.
Set up and maintain attractive in-store displays, end caps, and promotional areas.
Monitor product visibility, pricing accuracy, and shelf placement.
Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize damaged or obsolete inventory.
Support store setups for festive seasons, promotions, and product launches.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Track sell-in and sell-out performance.
Assist with stock counts and reconciliation when required.
1–3 years of experience in sales and/or merchandising (consumer goods, toys, or retail preferred).
Experience working with retail stores and field sales activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel to retail outlets.
Entitled to Variable Commission, AWS and Performance-Based
